Review quote

Every child needs a Bloomsbury Young Reader. Fun, stretching, just the right length, full of adventurous vocabulary and punctuation, [with] tips to support the parent or carer at home or the teacher who needs inspiration at the end of a busy day. * Julie-Ann McCulloch, Specialist EAL Teacher, Stockport Local Authority * My favourite character was Reva because she was curious and my favourite part was when they went to space. * Kiaan, aged 6 * This is called Zoom to the Moon. I liked this bit because they were about to go up into space. * Ben, aged 5 *

About Jenny McLachlan

Jenny McLachlan was an English teacher before she started writing books. Although she loved teaching funny teenagers (and stealing the things they said and putting them in her books), she now gets to write full-time. In her spare time, Jenny loves to jive. Visit her website at: www.jennymclachlan.com.

Andy Rowland has always loved drawing. One of his earliest memories is of his dad bringing home reams of scrap paper from the from the printers for him to use because he went through so much. Eventually he went on to study Illustration at Manchester Metropolitan University, where, during his second year, he won the Macmillan prize for the design and illustration of a children's book. Since then he has worked freelance mainly on children's books, illustrating over one hundred for many different clients.
