Our customer reviews
Lemon and Lime cordial are so simple but sooo delicious, apple mint jelly delicious over lamb or pork, pickled beetroot better than the canned version, Tomato Chilli Pickles are divine and Tomato Chutney is great, these are the only recipes I have made so far but I'm sure the rest will be equally delicious. I can recommend this book to anyone who likes making your own preserves.
