West End Witches and Other Wicked Poems
This selection of short poems was inspired by true life, human relationships and emotions. They are all about true friendships and love, marriage and work, children and their schooling, nosy neighbours and of course jealousy and relentless gossiping. In fact, the tales of my poems could be unveiling as you read this, anyplace anywhere in the world. Some of these places, I'm sure would make the imaginary inhabitants of Wisteria Lane in the "Desperate Housewives" series blush, and this is what these poems are all about. Read the poetry, be warned and be prepared that the odd rude word will jump at you as indulge in absorbing the rhyming verses and see if you can think of someone you know that could fit a description in one of these gems. A reader commented: " I love this book for it's snarky honesty. A few years ago I read the letters of Jack the ripper and they were funny and irreverent like these poems" So, if you think you can take strong language and can see the funny side of rude poetry read on! Enjoy.
