Neeli Prasad is a senior architect for core network at Ben Nederland in the Netherlands. She holds a Ph.D. in traffic modeling, UMTS, and PAN from Aalborg University, Denmark. Anand Prasad is a technical director at Genista Corporation in Tokyo.
