What I love about Gena is that she can make you hate one character in one book and make you love them in the next. The same goes for this book. In the previous Atlantis books she definitely makes you hate Layel, the vampire king, but as of the first few words in the prologue she makes you fall in love with him! Brilliant! I Absolutely love this book as much as all the other Gena Showalter books!show moreby Bianca Weerts
