Great book. Intense read. Couldn't put it down. Read this author's first book 'rollover' which was just as good. Looking forward to his next book.show more

This is an exceptional book and a real heart-stopper. I bought it after reading a magazine review in which the writer said it's so scary that it shouldn't be read before bedtime! Well I can confirm that it's frighteningly good with more than a few nightmarish events happen after a young family move into a remote holiday home. The story involves murder and kidnap and a lot more besides. For me the ending was both shocking and totally unexpected. Urban Myth fully deserves five stars.show more

Urban Myth is a cracking good read. It\'s about a family holiday that turns into a nightmare. The writing is fast and furious and the plot is wickedly good. It\'s scary as well as thrilling and I challenge anyone not to be glued to the pages from start to finish.show more

I purchased this book when the author did a signing session and I have to say it\'s terrific. It involves a family from America who move into a holiday home in an English forest. Soon after they arrive a girl\'s body is found and then some nasty things start to happen to them. It\'s a fast-paced thriller with lots of shocks that are guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat. The tension is almost unbearable at times and the ending is diabolically good. Highly recommended.show more
