The University medal, given to the most distinguished member of the graduating class, was awarded to Waldo Westwater, Mt. Hamilton, College of Chemistry. Military commissions in the Officers Reserve Corps, United States Army, were delivered to twenty-three men, and commissions in the University Cadets to forty-two.
