Excerpt from Two Sermons, Delivered at the Methodist Chapel, Luton, Beds, in the Month of August, 1835
I want no other memorial in the hearts of my people, that I have spent three years' ministry among them, than the recollection of the text. I care not indeed, compara tively at least, if you lose sight of all my discourses, all the subjects I have attempted to discuss, if you do but retain this one single promise written in this inspired book - Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.
