Montgomery, do have and recover from the City of New Orleans, a municipal corporation created by the laws of the State of Louisiana, the sum of ten thousand three hundred and eighty dollars with five per cent. per annum interest on the following sums from the following dates, viz.: On $4980 from July 1st, 1876; on $5010 from July 1st, 1777; on $30 from July 1st, 1876; on $60 from August 1st, 1876; on $60 from February 1st, 1877; on $120 from June 1st, 1876; on $120 from December 1st, 1876, and costs of suit, reserving to plaintiff all the Act No. 71, of 23d February, 1852.
