I desire to announce to all _Fruit Growers. and to a_l1 persons interested in Horticulture. that an arrangement ha's Just been effected b_y_which weliope to secure in the winter of 1884-5 the most extensive and complete exhibition of Fruits and other horticultural products that has ever been made. The World's Industrial Exposition will open in New Orleans on the first Monday in December. 1884 and continue for _six months. 'l'_his will be in the largest senses, Wrld's Exposition of Industry. and will in manv essential features surpass any Exposition heretofore held in this or any other 'country. The provisions being_ made for this great Fair are of the most generous character. The main building, now 1n_course of erection, will cover thirty-two acres of ground, and will give far more exhibition space than any structure heretofore erected in this country.
