All bills for sheep damage now on file in the commissioners' office be handed over to the treasurer of the sheep fund of the respective townships to which they belong; and all dog tax uncollected, or in the hands of the collectors of said townships, be paid to the said township treasurers, to be applied to the payment of the bills aforesaid. Extends the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 sections of the act of April 14, 1846, to the townships of East Cain, West Bradford, Kennet, and East Fallowfield. Sect. 2. If, at the expiration of any fiscal year, there shall remain a balance in the hands of the treasurers of the sheep fund of said townships, after pay. ing all orders then due, it shall be the duty of the said treasurers to pay the same to the treasurers of the school fund of said townships, to be applied to common school purposes therein, under the direction of the proper school directors.
