Aimed at rejuvenating the body inside and out, it has chapters covering healthy eating, detoxifying the body, face and hair, pampering your body, posture and exercise, rest and relaxation, therapies and treatments. The book is easy to read with clear guidance notes and is illustrated throughout with beautiful colour photographs. Encouraging the reader to take time out from the daily stresses of modern living, this is a comprehensive guide to boosting general wellbeing and promoting self-confidence. A little goes a long way, and there is plenty of advice here of ways to reduce stress and invigorate emotional and physical wellbeing.
