About Marianne Green

I was born during the early post-war years amidst a leafy green Surrey village in a small cottage flanked by masses of vivid purple and pink rhododendron bushes and woodlands, where several undetonated World War II bombs were purported to be buried deep within the earth although never actually discovered. Since childhood I have had a love of nature, animals, and a passion for writing and also anything connected to the "paranormal", becoming acutely aware of another energy dimension close to our own Earth plane from a very early age, which possibly originates from my psychic family routes.Throughout my lifetime I have always felt extremely drawn to my early "baby boomer" memories of 1940's - 1960's England when so many revolutionary changes took place throughout our land and globally and also to me personally. I, therefore, felt gripped to put pen to paper and write my own 'take' about such a unique slice of Great Britain's past that depicted such an era of tremendous euphoria and vitality for our country's dramatic leap into the future.
