About Adam Tooze

Adam Tooze hat sich mit seinen Veröffentlichungen zur deutschen Industriegeschichte einen Namen als Wirtschaftshistoriker gemacht. 2002 erhielt er für seine Arbeit den Philip Leverhulme Prize für Geschichte. Einem breiteren Publikum wurde er durch seine Debatte mit Götz Aly um dessen Buch "Hitlers Volksstaat" bekannt. Tooze lehrte viele Jahre Geschichte in Cambridge und ist Direktor für Internationale Sicherheitsstudien an der Yale University.
