The variety for recipes is so broad, there are really over 150 recipes to choose from! Although some dishes would never appear on my dining table, e.g. Mr Mellark's favourite fried squirrel, and Hazelle's beaver stew, I am pretty sure the meat is interchangeable with chicken or beef. The quality of the product really surprised me, using ingredients I would never have guessed. The red velvet cupcakes were absolutely delicious, light and fluffy like the professional patisseries make it!show more
