About Alex Loyd

Alex Loyd, PhD holds doctorates in Psychology and Naturopathic Medicine. His search for a cure for his wife's depression led to the discovery of The Healing Code. Dr. Loyd is a regular speaker and has appeared on TV and radio.

Ben Johnson, MD was clinical director of the Immune Recover Clinic in Atlanta. He suffered from Lou Gehrig's Disease and credits practicing the healing codes for being symptom free for over 7 years. He has lectured all over the world. He is the only doctor featured in The Secret.

This is one of those books that I wasn't looking for but which found me and I'm very happy it did. The first part of the book is a rundown on how Dr Loyd 'discovered' the healing code, a very interesting story in itself, and what exactly causes ill health in our bodies. The second part of the book focuses on the Universal Healing Code and how to do it as well as an additional exercise to help de-stress immediately if a situation is causing discomfort. (You can skip straight to this part of the book to get practising straight away and reap the benefits and then read the first part at your leisure.) The recommendation is to do the Healing Code three times a day for about 6 minutes each time. The amazing thing is that while I'm doing the Healing Code I cannot feel any stress, even if I happen to think of something that usually causes me to feel overwhelmed. It works. If I go more than a couple of days without doing the Code, I feel the difference. It may not be for everybody, but it's worth checking out. Five more
