About Emma Ellice-Flint

Emma brings to her nutrition profession not only a number of years of clinic experience and evidence-based nutrition advise but a wealth of knowledge about food and an excitement that goes with that understanding.

Emma originally trained in hospitality at the renowned Ealing College, part of the University of West London, in England. Once qualified, at first she worked in marketing for international hotels in London but her passion was always food. In London she cooked on a myriad of events, both large and small, jobs such as cooking for the Queen and at Wimbledon Tennis.

In the 90's she cooked for a varied audience including politicians, royalty and celebrities. Her keen interest in health saw her combine healthy, clean food into the style of cooking she produced, with no lack of beautiful abundant produce to use.
