When my children were bringing home bad grades in math in grade 5, I produced programs for them. My children were performing at the lowest level in math and they were not permitted to be in the same math classroom with their peers. While using my program as contained in this book, my two children quickly progressed from the lowest performing level in grade 5 to regular math class in grade 6, to advance class in grade 7, maintained advanced math class status in grade 8, they successfully completed high school, and today, both are doing pre-medicine at the university. This book shows students how to develop super brain, how to boost their academic grade, and how to develop academic retention skills. I use my experience as a Math Coach for teachers and as a senior engineer to produce this book to solve all academic problems facing students of the world. As a former Math Coach for math teachers and a senior engineer, I get my inspiration and joy from the reflections from the eyes of poor, struggling, but determined students, who won't give up. This book is a combination of a true testament of academic success and application of built-in engineering quality controls that are tested and proven to work for all determined and effective students. This book is written to be an educational show-stopper and game changer, ending the pipeline from school to failing students, to dropouts, to criminals, and finally to prison for all determined students. The contents of this book are divided into three major academic parts, with each part containing ten highly effective habits of highly effective students: 1.PART 1: From pre-k (pre-kindergarten) to elementary school: preoperational to effective concrete stage. 2. PART 2: Middle and high school: abstract or effective critical thinking stage. 3.PART 3: Community colleges and universities: effective academic and life maturation stage. I admit that some of these stages may overlap one another, but I prefer this type of classification because of simplicity and the ability to focus on the necessary big picture for academic success. About Nicholas Aggor

Nicholas Aggor is a senior engineer and he was a Math Coach for teachers in a school district in the United States. He has two degrees in two types of engineering: civil engineering and industrial engineering. He is a very successful parent who has written nine books and produced twelve Multiplication Table Chanting Videos that propelled his two struggling children into pre-medicine. He is a National Dean's List Scholar.
