"Techniques in Protein Chemistry IV" features up-to-date advances in protein methodologies and should be useful as a bench-top reference tool for protein chemists. This volume continues the collaboration between the Protein Society and Academic Press, and follows the pattern established in Hugli's "Techniques in Protein Chemistry". It is based on the Sixth Protein Society Symposium, held in San Diego in July of 1992. The book presents up-to-date advances in protein chemistry methodology in the following areas: protein sequencing analysis; high-sensitivity protein and peptide separations; synthetic peptides; mass spectral analysis of protein and peptide separations; protein folding; and NMR and crystallography.
