Description

On any given day, more than one half of the American population drinks tea. According to the Tea Association of the US, high-end specialty teas continue to grow at 7-10% per year.

With its contemporary, hand-drawn, brightly illustrated approach, this book delivers on its promise to make the reader a true expert in tea, in 160 easy lessons.

The authors founded and run the Palais des Thes, an international tea retail, wholesale, and educational business. Their previous tea title, The Tea Drinker's Handbook ($29.95), sold more than 7500 copies after its launch in fall 2008.
