A Tall Dark Stranger
John Wesley Creed rode into a Montana valley unaware of a feud that was taking place between several families of homesteaders and Chet Riggins. Creed, a stranger to the area, took the side of the homesteaders and that put him on the bad side of Riggins. When Creed was forced to kill some of Riggins riders the rancher sent for a gunfighter by the name of Drake. Tensions mounted as the two sides prepared for hostilities and grew even more tense when Drake arrived. When Creed began to have certain feelings towards the wife of one of the homesteaders he knew it was time to move on. He would not leave, however, until he knew the families were freed from the hatred Chet Riggins held for them. A fast paced western that will keep the readers turning pages.
