Dr Roger Smith has been in family medical practice for over 25 years. The clinic provides traditional medical services, including home and nursing home visits. Medicine has become more complex in recent years and yet the basics of health have not changed that much. In this, his first book, he emphasises the need to be consistent about a healthy diet, regular exercise, and good routines.
