Dr. Stockton--'.Dhe honorable member misunderstood me. Mr. I-Ii1l--Well, I think, as I said a few minutes ago, that the honorable member does not seem to be responsible for his utterances. Dr. St0ckton--Well, I am not resoornsible for your undeastan/ding. Mr. Hill salld that the honorable leader of the opposition had sa-id last nl-g'h't that he-held himself responsible for the increased indebtedness which occurred from December 31, 1885, to December 31, 1889, 'a period cf four years.
