Three sisters, raised apart, are surprised to discover that they have inherited a ramshackle bed and breakfast from their mother. As they meet in the small Pacific Northwest beach town, they find a picturesque place that still has a make-out point on the far side of the rocks and though you can leave your car unlocked and a pile of money on your backseat, you can't trust a single resident with a secret.

The oldest sister, Tara, promised herself she'd never come back to this town and yet she finds herself charmed and drawn in all over again. Choosing between two perfect men while forced to face a mistake that turns out to not be a mistake at all, she's shocked to discover that love does conquer all.

Tara arrived in town along with her two sisters Maddie and Chloe to investigate the building left to them by their deceased mother. Tara is the sister who is bossy, commanding and basically a tiny bit obsessive. She likes thing perfect and she like things done her way. What she wanted was for the building to be sold and the proceeds split three ways. However since Maddie managed to get her and Chloe to stay for awhile things changed. Gradually she grows to like the town, it's different to the city, but the place just has that something that she is beginning to get used to. She also gets to do what she loves, cook. She started working in the local cafe and also in her spare time she creates her own receipes. Maddie and Chloe approach Tara and ask her if she would be interested in being the chef when they open the B&B. Tara is a bit surprised but when she thinks about it she relishes the challenge to do something she loves. Tara has one little problem with the place. His name is Ford. When Tara was 17 years old she and Ford has a relationship, things ended badly and Tara has never really gotten over Ford despite being married. Ford loves nothing more than to annoy Tara as the more upset she gets the more her Southern accent becomes pronounced. Soon things begin to change between Tara and Ford, it all starts when Tara finds Ford stocking her kitchen with food. Her sisters asked him to do this as a surprise for Tara. Things get a bit interesting when they fight over putting a bag of flour away and Tara gets covered with it. Then they are caught kissing by her two sisters who arrive back at the house. Before long Tara and Ford spend more and more time together, but then her ex-husband shows up in town wanting to get back with her. Tara knows it's just him wanting someone to follow him around and make him feel important and doesn't take him serious. But he is determine to win her back. Before long the whole town is keeping updated about Tara life through the town facebook page. Poor Tara can't escape every aspect of her life being put out there on facebook. This story has a few twist and turns, the first book I enjoyed but the second book was even better. You now know all the characters and it's getting more interesting. Using facebook in the book was geninus as we are all into it these days. I really enjoyed reading this and it was funny, entertaining, sweet and has a brilliant story line. Can't wait to read Chloe and Sawyers more
