Surface Anatomy : The Anatomical Basis of Clinical Examination
This highly illustrated colour textbook has colour photographs of male and female anatomy, with accompanying line drawings of deep structures. This guide helps students to correlate internal to surface anatomy. The line drawings also indicate common sites for injection of local anaesthetics, accessing of blood vessels and making incisions. The chapters are regionally organised and the text has an emphasis throughout on the clinical relevance of the anatomical detail.
