C. Hamilton the said undivided one-fourth interest in the lands and premises described in the first paragraph of this complaint. That said last-named conveyance was recorded in the oilice of the Register of the City and County of New York on the 10th day of July, . 1885, in Liber 18!)4 of Conveyances, page 271. Seventeenth.--That the said Gertrude V. C. Hamilton, on or about the 18th day of October, 1888, by an instrument of conveyance dated on that day, under hand and seal, granted and conveyed to the said Robert Ray Hamilton an undivided one-eighth interest in the lands and premises described in the first paragraph of this complaint. That said last-named conveyance was recorded in the office of the Register of the City and County of New York on the 7th day of November, in Liber 21(l7 of Conveyances, page 306. Eighteenth.--That the said Gertrude V. C. Ham-59 ilton, on or about the 24th day of November, 1888, by an instrument of conveyance dated on that day, under her hand and seal, granted and conveyed to Nathalie E.
