Tappan and a jury, on the 14th and 15th days of May, 1879, and a verdict having been duly rendered by the said jury on the 15th day of May, 1879, in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff by direction of the said Justice, and the costs of this action having been taxed at the sum of two hundred and thirtysix and,6, . Now, on motion of Beebe. VVilcox & Hobbs, attorneys for defendants, it is adjudged that defendants above named recover of the plaintiff their costs as taxed, amounting to the sum of two hundred thirty-six and, ', dollars, and that they have execution therefor against the plaintiff.
