But what a remarkable expression--"frame" a frail thing; but blessed be God, " He knoweth my frame: " and He is able to succour me in all my trials. He is a tempted Saviour. He knoweth experimentally all that I have to go through. It is no small trial to feel the winter contracting, straining, and twisting all my joints and sinews, and to be filled with pain; and indeed, when left, to myself, I find many a murmuring discord coming out; but when I remember, and when I find out, that my Saviour endured all these, and more, I find a complete relief to my soul. "He took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. " MApril 8.--A restless night. And very often, after a severe night of pain, which of course weakens me, the Evil One comes to interfere with me.
