In order for you to fully understand the impact of this manual you will first need to conjure a mental and visual image of a creek. The one I use is called 32. It is located in High Falls New York and is a fast running, cold body of water with stones across that would allow you to get from one side to the other. The banks are steep and I would have to squat down and hold on to the roots to get to the first stone. Some of the stones were always slippery and really hard to stay on as are some of our personal issues difficult to face.
