The author, Henry Shay, is a Senior Nuclear Engineer and Ph.D. In his 37 years (1973-2010) career, he had been an expert in Nuclear Reactor Physics, Material Science, Nuclear Chemical Engineering, and Nuclear Engineering Economics. He owned two international patents on nuclear reactor design. The technologies he talked about in this book are nothing but truth.
