On the publication of the notice in the Gazette, the Minister of the Crown having control of any public school or college therein mentioned, and the proprietor or trustees of any other school or college mentioned as aforesaid, shall cause the said school or college to be closed and to be kept closed until the board notifies in the Gazette that the school or college may be opened without prejudice to the public health. 30.
