No installments under )ption "A," "B," or "C" may be commuted, transferred, or encumbered by any beneiciailrytexcept upon the writhn authority of the insured filed with the company during 115 C UTIC. At the death of the last surviving beneficiary occurring subsequently to the death of;he insured, any balance under Option "A" will be paid in one sum to the executors ir administrators of the said beneficiary, and any instalments under Option "B" or any ltlJ1lBlld installments under Option "C" then remaining unpaid will be commuted ipon the basis of three per cent. compound interest per annum and paid in one sum in ike manner. Provision may be made for the payment of a portion of the proceeds in cash and the Jalance under any installment ofption. The equivalent of each S100 o annual installment will be two semi-annual installments if $50.37 each, or four quarterly installments of $25.28 each, or twelve monthly installnents of $8.45 each. OPTION A.--Equal installments, eacn of such an amount as may be elected, to coninue until the groceeds, together with the interest herein specified, are exhausted; prozided, that the nal installment shall be for the balance only of said proceeds and specified nterest. On each anniversaiey of the first installment interest at not less than three er cent. per annum will be a ded to the unpaid balance of said proceeds.
