Description

A life of fulfillment and freedom awaits . . . right here, right now. Are you sick, tired and utterly burned out from being on the treadmill of modern existence? Is a small, quiet voice within urging you to walk a different path, if only you could find the way? Are you ready for a journey to authenticity, fulfillment, freedom and inspiration? You do not need to travel across the world or meditate at the top of a mountain to find what you are seeking. This journey is not about relying on a physical location to bring you happiness, nor is it about seeking joy and freedom in a future that will never come. Beyond the flashing, chaotic lights of the modern world is the illuminated world of the soul, the eternal present. This book provides an eight-path journey that applies the wisdom of ancient spiritual and holistic traditions around the world to the modern lifestyle. The exercises within Soul Destination will gently lift your chin up from its usual downward, task-oriented focus to rediscover the magic and mystery that exists on this earth, if only you will take the time to really see. You will learn hands-on techniques to calm your mind, nourish and strengthen your body, light the creative fire within, see the divine in nature, become more grounded, improve your relationships with others, and live an authentic, inspired life."show more
