The abovementioned forms that come into exist-_ence at first in all the states of 'existence, in all the bases of I genesis, 'in all kinds of nature, and in all states of consciousness, exist and aid the Thought-genesis (Citta-samutthana), Time-genesis ( Utu-samutthana ), and Nutriment-genesis' (Ahara-samutthana). As regards Causes: The Result-thought becomes the cause of Nama in nine ways, and also aids the heart in"nine ways. To the other material forms, the Result-thought gives aid in eight ways. The Abhi-sankhara-vififiana aids the form in one way. The other thoughts aid the form in various ways in a fit manner according to their nature. During Re-union and 'during life time the Result-thought gives aid to the mental states in nine ways, called Co-generative Cause, Mutual Cause, Dependent Cause, Conjoint Cause, Resultant Cause, Nutrimental Cause, Potential Cause, Object-existing Cause, and Non-isolated cause. At the time of re-union, the Result-thought aids the material form from which the heart is evolved in nine ways called Co-generative Cause, Mutual Cause, Dependent Cause, Resultant Cause, Nutrimental Cause, Potential Cause, Dis-joint Cause, Objectexisting Cause, and Non-isolated Cause. For the formation of the other parts of the body, the Result-thought gives aid in eight ways, called the Co-generative Cause, Dependent Cause, Resultant Cause, Nutrimental Cause, Potential Cause, Dis-joint Cause, Object-existing Cause, and Nonisolated Cause. The Sankharas aid the formation of beings in-the Sphere of Neither Perception nor Non-preception, and the Karmic forms of existences having five Kandhas only in one way, called the Forcible Dependent Cause.
