About MR David Slater-Hayselden

David was born and raised in Preston, and now lives close to Pendle Hill in the leafy Lancashire village of Sabden. From an early age, he developed a passion for the written word, and also for music. In his teens and early twenties he formed several rock bands, writing, singing and performing his own material. Later on, David trained as an operatic tenor, taking on several Principal roles with Preston Opera. Meditation is an important aspect of David's life, and he is a Reiki Master energy-healer. A vegetarian for over thirty years, he loves travelling, keeping fit and going for long walks in the countryside.show more
