About Sheila F Whitlock

Sheila Whitlock is the former Executive Director of C.A.R.E.S., Inc. and is a licensed Qualified Mental Retardation Professional. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Psychology and has served as a community leader in many capacities through board trusteeship and officer leadership. Her most noted accomplishments have been serving as Chairperson for a State Representative political campaign and contributions to county and local governments. Her speaking engagements include state conferences in the field of disabilities and keynote speaker of leadership training. Sheila received her Masters of Arts in Jewish Studies. Ms. Whitlock lives in Northwest Ohio where she continues, when able, to serve in her church and community while enjoying her three grandchildren. Her knowledge of biblical languages such as Syriac Aramaic, Hebrew, and Greek have given her a new dimension to the scriptures as she continues to incorporate her passion for the growth of others.
