Our customer reviews

This book describes the sewing history, focusing on how it empowered and defined women. The projects in the book are simple and clear written, all patterns needed are included or described. I especially liked the interviews and biographies of people (women) who where important for the whole sewing evolution. I read the book in one night and will reread it again for the fun writing style and so much noteworthy more
