It's Founder's Day in Stoneham and the whole village has turned out to celebrate in the square, including Tricia's friend and festivities organizer Deborah Black. As everyone watches Deborah give the opening speech, a small aircraft crashes into the village gazebo, killing both Deborah and the pilot.
While the Sheriff's Dept. is convinced that it was all an accident, Tricia has a feeling that there's more to the story. "
With the death of her friend on her mind, and probably giving her nightmares, Tricia gets this feeling that something isn't right and that the deaths were no accident, but a carefully crafted murder. She begins her one woman campaign to solve the mystery, and uncover the person responsible for this heinous act.
With the help of her sister and friends Tricia will dig deep into the history and background over everyone who might have had a grudge against either or both of the deceased. The answers surprise even her. Tricia is spending more time detecting than book selling, and her staff has to give that little bit extra to keep everything on an even keel.
You will be totally surprised at the end of this adventure with not only the identity of the guilty party, but the insanity that brought it about.
