Description

Seemingly Rejected is a story about a part of my life, it is not the full story, not that, I don't feel anyone could handle it, it is more to the point that, it is un-needed material to be putting in the hands of certain people. I called this seemingly rejected because of my ideas about me, it was situations that i constantly put myself in mainly because, I didn't know what to look for, or the right way to go. what i know today is basically what Jesus said to his disciples, to become a man or a woman, we can't try to input into others the things that we have tried to get them through, because they are dealing with a different set of rules and regulations, and the times are drastically different too. I only wish, that i knew then what I know now, things really would have been different. there would have been a lot less fighting, and lot less anger, and maybe, just maybe, I would have been able to keep some stuff instead of losing everything three times. There are many things in my present life right now that I am thankful for, the first is my Lord and savior, Jesus, the second is my present wife LaVonia, the third is our home, then comes my son and his daughters, then comes the rest of my family. Jesus has done an amazing thing in my life within the past four years, there have been many times that i thought i was going to be in the grave, but yet, I still have life, and now, I can enjoy life with my wife.show more

About Dr Ollie B Fobbs Jr

My name is Ollie Fobbs, my life for some has gone through many, many, changes, and in those changes came many titles, so, some call me Reverend, some called Doctor, while others call me Evangelist, while still some others call me the Prophet, and while on the other hand, many others call me the Apostle, as for me, all of these are just titles, and it was said to me once that, my name actually means apostle, but anyway, that's another story. For me, my life has not been a big bowl of cherries and ice cream, no, I've had some good days, and I've had some bad days, but, I do thank God, that He allowed me to still be here to write books, even if the Church we plan to plant never comes, I'm satisfied with life right where it is right now. At the present, I live in Winston Salem North Carolina with my wife LaVonia, who has been a blessing right out of the hand of God, from the word go, she has been a real doll of a blessing, I do believe that if it had not been for the anointing on her life, I would have never wrote the first book, now I'm somewhere between 60 and 63 published books. I have one son, Drucyde Graves, {Andy Reid} who lives in Richmond Virginia, my Mom, Jennie Melton, my brothers Michael, Tommy, and Robert, all live in Richmond Virginia, my sister, father, and step father and god father, all have gone on before me, my sister, Sherry Fleming, my father, Elder Ollie Fobbs, my step father, Leon Melton, all of Richmond Virginia, and my godfather Fred Bates of Henrico Virginia, have all danced with the Lord. I was Ordained as a minister to teach the will of God, The Glory of Jesus Christ, and foretell of the Kingdom of God, and the Kingdom of Heaven, being Ordained in 1986, brought forth a firestorm that I was not expecting. My first wife was divorced from me by then, her name is Robinette General, we were married in 1983, but my son didn't come along until 1986, the same year that I was ordained. My second wife Joyce Smith came along the following year, we were married in 1988. by now it was time for me to enter the new world of responsibility, so I joined the military in 1988, was sent to Germany, and two years later, I was on my way home to Virginia, ready to be divorced, that's all I'm saying. By now, many of the troubles in my body had already come forth to hinder my life, but what was getting ready to happen was totally unexpected. I was hit with cancer, and homelessness three times each, but through it all, God is good.show more
