Our customer reviews
After six children and many years of procrastination, run fat b!tch run has made this fat b!tch run. The grit doctor feeds into our natural tendency to critique others and turns this onto ourselves and realise that only our own self is what is stopping us being the best we can be. This book is the only book you need to get fit and healthy.show moreby Rosie
This book is excellent. Ruth Field tells it like it is in her humorous but understanding manner. And she pulls no punches which is exactly what this world needs - some home truths. I read this book quite easily over a weekend. It's very easy to dip into as her message is simple. I know it's hard but just do it! Please don't waste your money on any other diet or fitness nonsense and invest in Ruth's book. Whether you're ready to implement her ideas today or just need a kick up the backside, reading this book is definitely a step in the right direction. Thank you Ruth for writing this book, I can't wait to get running :)show moreby Therese Callaghan
