It's a Transcendental Story of Ecstatic Passion and Mystical Love that is envisioned by the author as a healing balm for the much troubled voices of our civilization. Paradigm shifting scientist and author, Gabriel Iqbal's personal journey has brought him up close and personal with the ravages of war and violence just as Rumi had faced. The author shows the relevance for a reinvention of Rumi to heal the crisis of our modern world as all too timely and prudent. Rumi's poems are written in Persian and it also reflects in this work that Gabriel not only knows the Persian language but also understands its nuances and gem like meanings. Gabriel has studied Persian metaphysics in its contextual finesse, hence his work on Rumi is a direct source reference to the intuitive world of Rumi. The author believes that the best of Rumi is yet to come and we are in the middle of a global shift in human consciousness and that it's no coincidence that Rumi is the most read poet in the world. More than anything else we all need healing and Rumi's ecstatic passion as conveyed via his poems are the curing antidote for the diabolical, perplexing and bewildering life of our times. At this stage of our evolutionary development, we are in a sort of an adolescent period. Hence the traumatic upheaval and the resultant need for healing our challenged spirits. Rumi Soul Healer is a beautiful solace to the parched souls of our time. It is exciting, radiant and jubilant... thus bringing fresh inspiration, cheer and joy to the reader. It's like a companion that warms your heart and stays at your side whenever the waves of life toss you into challenging and uncharted realms. "As you live Deeper in the Heart, the Mirror gets clearer and cleaner."- Rumi Rumi shows us a human journey that is complimented in detail in the authors lifetime's work and masterpiece, Heart Intelligence - Book Trilogy and Film: http: //www.heartintelligencebook.com "Rumi, in one breath, combines the transdisciplinary philosophical greatness of both east and west, with the soulful compassion of a Jesus or Buddha and the simplicity and service oriented disciplined passion of Muhammad, with the universal wisdom of Lao Tzu, with the psychological insight of Carl Jung and Avicenna, with the evolutionary scientific empiricism of a global renaissance, with the transcendental mystical visions of Tolstoy, Hafiz and Emerson, with that of the literary gifts of Shakespeare and Homer." - Gabriel Iqbalshow more
