The Tribunal may--after hearing the insolvent, or after having summoned him to be interrogated--authorize the Syndics to sell the movables or goods. It shall decide whether the sale shall take place by private agreement, or by auction. ARTICLE 231. The Syndics may--with the permission of the Judge Commissary, the insolvent being also called to attend--enter into agreements with regard to all disputes relating to the estate, as well as the actions and claims concerning the immovable property. If the matter in dispute is of uncertain value, or exceeds 300 lei, the agreement is void unless it is confirmed by the Tribunal. The insolvent shall be summoned to assist at the confirmation, and shall have, at any time, the right to oppose. His opposition shall suflice to stop the agreement, if it relates to immovable property. ARTICLE 232. If the insolvent has been liberated from arrest, or has obtained a personal protection, the Syndics may employ him to facilitate and explain the difiiculties in their management. The Judge Commissary shall fix the terms of his work. ARTICLE 233. The money resulting from the sales and recoveries shall, und6l' deduction of all the expenses, be instantly deposited at the Tribunal. Within three days from the receipt of each sum by the Syndics, the latter are bound to furnish to the Judge Commissary, written evidence of the depositing at the Tribunal, under penalty of being liable in interest for the exceeding days. The money deposited at the Tribunal by the Syndics and third parties on account of the estate, cannot be drawn out except upon a written demand of the Syndics examined and agreed to by the Judge Commissary.
