Review quote

"[Francis's] portrait--complete with handsome, telling photographs--will surely lead readers back to Robert Frost's poetry with deepened understanding and with renewed appreciation." -Occasionally one reads a study of a famous writer with a growing realization that the reader is compelled to look at the once-familiar story with fresh eyes. This is such a book; unpretentious, finely honed, and closely at home with its subject.- --R. George Thomas, New Welsh Review -[Francis's] portrait--complete with handsome, telling photographs--will surely lead readers back to Robert Frost's poetry with deepened understanding and with renewed appreciation.- --Phoebe Pettingell, The New Leader -This book rings lovingly true.- --George Monteiro, The Robert Frost Review "Occasionally one reads a study of a famous writer with a growing realization that the reader is compelled to look at the once-familiar story with fresh eyes.
