Robert Stitt, a former member of the United States Air Force, has lived and worked on four continents. His travels have taken him to nearly 500 cities in 25 countries. He began writing books while living in the Middle East where quality children's books in English were either unavailable or unaffordable. Leaning on his profession as an educator, he strove to provide his children with stories that were fun, age-appropriate and meaningful.
