An Act to amend tl1e law relating to Mortmain and Charitable Uses. H ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of Ontario, enacts as follows: ---i Short title. I. This Act may be cited as " The Mortmain and Charitable Uses Act." 55 V. c. 20, s. 1. Application 2. So far as this Act applies to wills, the same shall only f A" apply to wills of testators dying on or after the 14th day of April, 1892. 55 V. c. 20, s. 2. "Land." f 3. "Land" in this Act shall include tenements and heremeanmg ' ditaments, corporeal and incorporeal, of any tenure; but not money secured on land or other personal estate arising from or connected with land. 55 V. c. 20, s. 3. Land devised 4.
