Description

This book consists of revised extracts from 'Who Killed Honor Bright?' to make the story easier to understand. It involves W B Yeats' marriage and his extra-marital lover, who bore his first son. The jealousy and selfrighteousness of his wfe George brought on the malediction and murder of his lover and the abandonment of his first son. The emotional impact om Yeats was almost to rob him of life; he had "heart trouble" and his poetry became starkly depressive for the next few years. All his life thereafter was marked by his fear of Purgatory for not preventing evil, although he was not to blame for what occurred.
