About Eric J Palmu

Eric Palmu spent the past thirty years involved in education. His avocation is studying God and His people, more specifically, their spiritual formation. A seeker from a young age, his spiritual journey really began with an astounding meeting with God. His intimacy with God began, but so did his wrestling matches. He would say his movement from fraud to freed was a traumatic transformation of a very slow variety. Educationally, he studied learning, psychology, and philosophy. His vocation was teaching young people about psychology, American history, economics, and God. In walking out his faith he invested in theological studies at Covenant Seminary and St. Petersburg Theological Seminary. He maintains God blessed his work as a high school teacher and principal, but his personal life was tumultuous in one failed relationship after another. His peace with God would come through understanding the depths of His mercy and grace. Eventually, his faith walk led him to understand the monumental task God has, to reverse the effects of the Eden tragedy. In light of that, today he teaches leadership to the young leaders of the next generation at Bayside College of Ministry. In this non-traditional setting of higher learning he focuses on the students' spiritual formation, academic excellence, and leadership more
