Excerpt from Report of the Commissioners on Dividing the City and County Property: January Session, 1853 We then, under the authority Of the above enactment, proceed ed to estimate the actual value of the entire property of every de scription now held jointly by the City and County of Baltimore, and to divide the same equally between the parties, so far as the same in our opinion was susceptible of Specific division, without loss or injury to the parties interested, and to assign to the one or the other such sum of money added to the lesser valued property as shall make the lesser equal to the greater valued property; and in pursuance of the power vested in us, by the afo aid enact ment, divided the same into two parts, which said pals are des ignated by the letters A and B in the subjoined division.
