Reynold J. Conger worked as a scientist, engineer, technical supervisor and consultant during his 30 year career in the paper industry. Then he taught high school for eight years. Now fully retired, he writes as a retirement career. He and his wife live in rural New Mexico where they keep fit, grow a garden and keep bees. Their two adult children have careers of their own.
