Eminent Domain--Necessity for Appr0priation.--lt does not go to the question of necessity for appropriation by a railroad company for its tracks of a strip of land owned by another railroad company, and leased by it to a mill company for its loading platforms, that land of the mill company immediately adjoining could be condemned for the tracks, and that the appropriation of the strip will largely increase the cost of loading the mill company's products on the cars of the owner of the strip; but these are largely questions of expediency, and it is enough that on all the facts the route adopted for its track by the company seeking to condemn is the most feasible, and that a reasonable necessity exists for the appropriation..
